Pennsylvania Army National Guard leaders at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa. are leading the way when it comes to fielding and testing the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A). Eight statewide test sites including Philadelphia, Harrisburg and Scranton are evaluating all inbound and outbound HR transactions in IPPS-A using Army National Guard Soldiers in an operational environment as part of the System Acceptance Test Sept. 2018. Next up is the Limited User Test (LUT) which will run through October. The results of the LUT will be used to validate whether IPPS-A is approved for nationwide fielding to the Army National Guard starting in Jan. 2019.
