Petty Officer 1st Class Adam Duford, a damage controlman, explains the proper use of the self-contained breathing apparatus to Ukrainian officers and enlisted sailors during a shipboard firefighting course aboard USS Philippine Sea (CG 58) while in port Sevastopol. Philippine Sea visited Sevastopol for a three-day port visit to strengthen the military partnership between Ukraine and the United States through joint military exercises and training.
