Capt. Herbert Hadley, commanding officer of USS Philippine Sea (CG 58), thanks Ukrainian military and civilian guests for their hospitality during a reception held in their honor while in port Sevastopol. Philippine Sea visited Sevastopol for a three-day port visit to strengthen the military partnership between Ukraine and the United States through joint military exercises and training to build upon the collective international capabilities and enhance overall maritime domain awareness in the Black Sea.
