Fireman Justin Whipple, a hull technician, shows Ukrainian Seaman Michel Mnua how to adjust the face mask on a self-contained breathing apparatus during a shipboard firefighting course aboard USS Philippine Sea (CG 58) while in port Sevastopol. Philippine Sea visited Sevastopol for a three-day port visit to strengthen the military partnership between Ukraine and the United States through joint military exercises and training to build upon the collective international capabilities and enhance overall maritime domain awareness in the Black Sea.
