USS Philippine Sea (CG 58) Commanding officer Capt. Herbert Hadley presents Sevastopol Mayor Viktor Yatsuba a command ball-cap prior to a reception onboard. Receptions are a common way for the ship’s crew to give back to the host nations senior military and civilian leaders, and also serves as a thank you for their hospitality during the visit.
