Crewmembers aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Bluebell reset the safety chain along the side of the vessel after setting a mooring buoy at Tongue Point, in Astoria, Ore., October 30, 2018.

The buoy will be used by the Coast Guard to moor up assets in the relative protection of the cove at Tongue Point.
