The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Bluebell makes way up the Columbia River near Rainer, Ore., October 30, 2018.

The Cutter Bluebell is the second oldest active cutter in the Coast Guard, and the only river tender operating in the waters of the Pacific Northwest.
