Food service Soldiers assigned to the Northwestern Joint Regional Correctional Facility prepare dishes for the Thanksgiving service. Thanksgiving is the one day all year when families of prisoners can have a meal with them. The NWJRCF's mission is the care, custody, and control of military prisoners. The NWJRCF provides the prisoners with educational and vocational opportunities, and rehabilitative treatment programs so that they may be returned to society as productive citizens.
