    24th Marine Expeditionary Unit

    Lance Cpl. Mathew Youtsler, a gunner with 3rd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, attached to the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit's Battalion Landing Team, aligns the sights of a 120 mm Towed Rifled Mortar System, often known as the Expeditionary Fire Support System at Mortar Position-5 aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Nov. 2, 2011. Youtsler, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, was one of many Marines who took part in the24th MEU's Fire Support Coordination Exercise, which was designed to sharpen the skills needed to effectively conduct fire missions using mortars, artillery and aircraft in preparation for their upcoming deployment.
