    Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency

U.S. Army Sgt. Nicholas Cazel, a recovery non-commissioned officer assigned to the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command's Detachment Four on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, builds a boundary of sand bags with the help of a Laotian man during a recovery mission in Laos. Cazel, an infantryman with multiple deployments in a combat zone, is a native of Vincennes, Ind. The ultimate goal of JPAC, and of the agencies involved in returning America’s heroes home, is to achieve the fullest possible accounting of Americans lost during the nation’s past conflicts.
