Sailors, Marines, and Japanese citizens participate in a game of charades and cultural exchange at a pop up café on board U.S. Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka on March 21. Navy Café, which takes place a few times a year, creates a comfortable environment where Japanese and Americans can get a better understanding of life on either side of the main gate. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
