Sgt. Andres E. Auad and Staff Sgt. Quincy Clark tie the legs of the chicken together before placing them into the rotisserie at the Kinser Mess Hall, Dec. 19. Before serving hours, the food service Marines prepare the chicken and season each of them prior to placing them into the rotisserie. Auad is a subsistence chief and Clark is a quality assurance evaluator both with food services.
