    The crew of the 52-foot Motor Life Boat Triumph II, from Station Cape Disappointment, pass buoy 4 on the Columbia River near Hammond, Ore., during a tow of the commercial fishing vessel Capt. Raleigh, Feb. 7, 2019.

    The Capt. Raleigh suffered a reduction gear failure 3 miles off the shore of Cannon Beach, Ore., while setting crab pots during the Dungeness crab season.
