The crew of the 52-foot Motor Life Boat Triumph II, from Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment, transitions from a front-tow into a side-tow of the commercial fishing vessel Capt. Raleigh, inside the Skipanon Marina in Warrenton, Ore., Feb. 7, 2019.
The tow of the Capt. Raleigh took a total of 9 hours to complete.
