    The crew of the 52-foot Motor Life Boat Triumph II, from Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment, tows the 112 gross-ton commercial fishing vessel Capt. Raleigh into the Skipanon Marina in Warrenton, Ore., Feb. 7, 2019.
