The Capt. Raleigh, a 112 gross-ton commercial fishing vessel, is towed into Skipanon Marina in Warrenton, Ore., Feb. 7, 2019.

The Capt. Raleigh suffered reduction gear failure rendering it disabled while setting crab pots off the coast of Oregon.
