NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Feb. 14, 2019) Secretary of the Navy Richard V. Spencer shakes hands with Capt. Jeremy Vaughan, from Las Vegas, Nevada, USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) operations officer, in the hangar bay during a tour of the Navy’s newest aircraft carrier. Spencer and Vice Adm.
