NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Feb. 14, 2019) Secretary of the Navy Richard V. Spencer, left, debriefs with Capt. John J. Cummings, center, USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) commanding officer, in the hangar bay after a tour of the Navy’s newest aircraft carrier. Spencer and Vice Adm.
