Lt. Col. Tammy Von Busch, lead veterinarian embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, and Captain Gaetano Guevare, Peruvian Naval Police commander, shake hands in appreciation of each other's subject matter expert exchange regarding military working dog care. The two different militaries are working together at the Callao Naval base as a part of HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012. HSV-SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. Navy ships and assets to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
