HN Jeremy Callan is a shift leader in the Inpatient Mental Health Unit. He is responsible for writing the breakdown for the staff assigned to his shift. He manages a shift of eight corpsmen, two civilian behavioral technicians and four nurses. He ensures a safe and professional environment for patients.
“I like seeing the transition of the person that comes through the door and their transformation to the functioning Sailor they want to be when they are discharged,” Callan said.
