Jill Bosich samples a salad to critique as a judge in the Joint Culinary Training Exercise’s Armed Forces Chef of the Year category March 8, at the at the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence on Fort Lee, Virginia. The salad was prepared by a Chef of the Year contender from the Fort Campbell Culinary Arts Team. Bosich is also a national chairperson for the American Culinary Federation. The 44th annual JCTE showcases the talent of more than 200 military chefs from around the world as the largest ACF-sanctioned competition in North America.
