The Indonesian Military Engineering Contingent, or "Blue Helmets," go back and forth from the unloading of a truck of wooden panels for walls for a clinic, Dispensaire de Caracol, being built in Caracol, Haiti. The Blue Helmets are working with U.S. Navy Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23, embarked on High Speed Vessel Swift as a part of HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012. HSV-SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. Navy ships and assets to the U.S. Southern Commands area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
