Equipment Operator 2nd Class Tyrif Wells, a U.S. Navy Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23, destroys old roof panels to later replace them with new ones for an elementary school being built in Caracol, Haiti. NMCB 23, embarked on High Speed Vessel Swift are working on rebuilding the school as a part of HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012. HSV-SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. Navy ships and assets to the U.S. Southern Commands area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
