Lim explain characteristics of frigate operations during a tour of the Singapore navy frigate RSS Stalwart while visiting Changi Naval Base. Ferguson visited the navy base to get a better understanding of the support facilities available to U.S. ships. Ferguson is traveling to meet with regional partners and U.S. personnel to discuss U.S. Navy engagement in the Pacific in support of the new defense strategy.
