The Illinois National Guard has had a strategically important State Partnership Program with the Polish military for more than 25 years. As part of the program The Adjutant General and other senior leaders visit Poland at least once a year. In 2019 that official senior leader visit took place in May. On the visit to the U.S. Embassy in Poland, the Illinois National Guard senior leader team met with Chargé d'affaires Eric Green, the Deputy Chief of Mission. From left is Col.
