NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (June 6, 2019) Senior Chief Electronics Technician Glen Moody, from Dallas, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) air department, is pinned to his current rank by Senior Chief Electronics Technician Leroy Myrie and Senior Chief Fire Controlman Arthur Culley during a frocking ceremony at Victory Arch. In all, eight chief petty officers assigned to the Navy's newest aircraft carrier were selected for promotion to senior chief petty officer.
