NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (June 6, 2019) Senior Chief Electronics Technician Glen Moody, from Dallas, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) air department, receives his frocking letter from Capt. John J. Cummings, USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) commanding officer, during a frocking ceremony at Victory Arch.
