U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Zachary Eldred screens soil removed from a stream bed while conducting recovery operations in Binh Dinh province, Vietnam, March 12, 2012. Eldred is an explosives ordnance disposal technician temporarily assigned to the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command as an augmentee to help achieve JPAC's goals to conduct global search, recovery and laboratory operations to identify unaccounted-for Americans from past conflicts in order to support the Department of Defense's personnel accounting efforts.
