Alexandru Josan, a public affairs officer with the Republic of Moldova's National Army, equipment on board a command and control vehicle used for responding to manmade and natural disasters. The vehicle was deployed to the Jasper County Airport here, April 13, 2012, as part of a forward command post set up in response to a simulated earthquake as part of a three-day exercise called "Coastal Watch."
