Donovan Stringer, an honorary 2nd Lt. and Pilot for a Day, positions himself in the warrior stance for a photo on July 26, 2019, at Youngstown Air Reserve Station. Stringer toured the 910th Security Forces building where he had the opportunity to wear the standard equipment each security forces personnel wears each day. The 910th AW began the Pilot for a Day program in 2000 as a community partnership with Akron Children’s Hospital and has since welcomed 66 children with chronic or life-threatening illness as honorees.
