An Afghan soldier holds security during a two-week long training event focusing on new mission concepts. While Marines are well known for their ability to take it to the enemy, 3rd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division focused their efforts on helping their Afghan military counterparts, who were there for the training, teach their soldiers basic infantry tactics and skills.
