PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Aug. 9, 2019) – A staff member from Command Fitness presents his Command Fitness Leader booth during NMCP’s annual NEC Fair. Command fitness leaders conduct a safe and effective physical readiness program (PRP), both afloat and ashore. Job tasks include, but are not limited to: basic exercise physiology and programming (command physical training and fitness enhancement program), official physical fitness assessment administration, nutrition, weight management, as well as PRP policies and administrative responsibilities (record management, administrative separation, medical waivers).
