PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Aug. 9, 2019) – Staff members present their Pharmacy Technician booth during NMCP’s annual NEC Fair. Pharmacy technicians prepare and dispense prescribed medicines and pharmaceutical preparations. They prepare compounds according to prescriptions issued by medical officers. They procure, store and issue pharmaceutical materials and supplies. In addition, they maintain files, records and submit required pharmacy reports.
