Children dance in celebration for Philippine Air Force officials, U.S. Marines and sailors and hundreds of Santa Juliana residents for the dedication ceremony of the recently renovated Patal Bato Literacy and Day Care Center here, April 25. As part of a community relations project during Exercise Balikatan 2012, participants gathered donations amongst themselves to repair, renew and stock the day care that services more than 60 five and six year-old students. BK12 is an annual Republic of the Philippines-U.S. military exercise focusing on field training, humanitarian assistance and a command post exercise.
