SAN ANTONIO – (Sept. 7, 2019) Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Jodi-Ann Tracey of Upper Darby, Penn., an instructor assigned to Navy Medicine Education, Training and Logistics Command (NMETLC), instructs young girls on the procedures to perform an emergency tracheotomy on a medical mannequin at Mission Pachanga during the annual World Heritage Festival held at Mission Park Pavilion. Mission Pachanga celebrated the city’s unique heritage and culture, past and present. Tracey, a 2009 graduate of Upper Darby High School, joined America’s Navy in 2012. The mission of NMETLC is to deliver professional, occupational and operational education, training and logistics solutions to support the Navy Medicine mission.
