ANNAPOLIS, Md. (September 13, 2019) Vice Adm. Sean S. Buck, Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy present Adm. Moran’s wife, Mrs. Patricia Moran, their son Will, daughter Jessica, son-in-law John and their three grandsons Benjamin, Theodore, and Lincoln Certificates of Appreciation from the Chief of Naval Operations to the family. The parade marked the retirement of the former Vice Chief of Naval Operations Adm. William Moran after thirty-eight years of service. As the undergraduate college of our country's naval service, the Naval Academy prepares young men and women to become professional officers of competence, character, and compassion in the US.
