Ford's (CVN 78) assistant public affairs officer, holds onto a monkey rope in a rigid-hulled inflatable boat (RIB) as it is lowered into water for a nighttime small boat training evolution. Ford is currently making final preparations to get underway for the first time since beginning its post-shakedown availability in July 2018.
