Sanders, an instructor assigned to Officer Training Command, Newport (OTCN) in Rhode Island, explains how the nozzle of the fire hose operates to Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 03-20 on Oct. 24, 2019. Firefighting is one of five competencies that are taught to every officer at OCS.
