191103-N-PG340-1003 ENNIBUR, Marshall Islands (Nov. 3, 2019) Builder Constructionman Tristan Hieb (left), from Cottage Grove, Minnesota, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Marshall Islands, uses prior work experience to the help aid the crew during the process of site layout of the Ennibur Evacuation Center project site. The evacuation center will serve as the island’s disaster preparedness building for the local community. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
