191107-N-PG340-1005 ENNIBUR, Marshall Islands (Nov. 7, 2019) U.S. Navy Seabees deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Marshall Islands set up string lines for the shoot of the dumpy level survey and Philadelphia rod for the Ennibur Evacuation Center project site. This process is crucial when finding the level of elevation throughout the project site. The local community of Ennibur Island will use this building as a storage facility of emergency materials. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
