Early the day prior to Warrior Leadership Course graduation, sergeants major from the 82nd Airborne Division and across Fort Bragg gather to do physical training and show support. "We need to show them to lead from the front," said Command Sgt. Maj. Roger Jacobs, senior enlisted, of 18th Fires Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, he went on to say, "We are here to show that we do, what we expect of other soldiers to do." Warrior Leadership Course is a 17-day course that trains specialists, corporals, and sergeants in the fundamentals of leadership.
