Jerry Hanshaw, the rear detachment acting sergeant major with, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, he went on to say that "Ultimately, we are here to support our paratroopers." Warrior Leadership Course is a 17-day course that trains specialists, corporals, and sergeants in the fundamentals of leadership.
