United States Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Jacob Wimer sketches possible unexploded ordnance discovered while conducting recovery operations in the Quang Nam Province of Vietnam. Wimer is an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician assigned to the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command. The Command conducts global search, recovery and laboratory operations to identify unaccounted-for Americans from past conflicts in order to support the Department of Defense's personnel accounting efforts.
