In April of 2014, students from The Child’s Primary School, San Diego, Calif., learn the art of Gyotaku which is an old Japanese tradition to paint a fish with sumi ink made from charcoal to transfer to rice paper. The art project follows the fish dissection when the kindergarten class is not in a “teleschool” environment.
