In April of 2014, students from The Child’s Primary School in San Diego, Calif. inspect a Pomfret used for the second part of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math initiative. During the art portion the students learn about Gyotaku which is an old Japanese tradition to paint a fish with sumi ink made from charcoal to transfer to rice paper.
