U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Daniel Rivera evaluates Texas Army National Guard Spc. Miguel Ruiz during an explosive ordnance lane during Kosovo Force Regional Command East’s Best Warrior Competition on Aug. 27, 2020 at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Rivera and Ruiz are currently deployed in support of Operation Joint Guardian. 10 Soldiers from the U.S., Romania, and Poland participated in the three-day event.
