U.S. Army Sgt. Chelsey Davie, a pharmacy technician with Task Force Medical, organic to the 115th Field Hospital, performs first-aid on a dummy during the tactical medical care event of Kosovo Force Regional Command East's Best Warrior Competition on Aug. 28, 2020 at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Davie participated in the three-day event alongside nine other Soldiers from the U.S., Romania, and Poland.
