Texas Army National Guard Spc. Miguel Ruiz, a public affairs mass communication specialist participates in the 8-mile ruck march event of Kosovo Force Regional Command East's Best Warrior Competition on Aug. 29, 2020 at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Ruiz is currently serving in Task Force Public Affairs Detachment in support of Operation Joint Guardian. He participated in the three-day event alongside nine other Soldiers from the U.S., Romania, and Poland.
