U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Matthew Evko evaluates Oregon Army National Guard Sgt. Jacob Fay during an explosive ordnance lane during Kosovo Force Regional Command East’s Best Warrior Competition on Aug. 27, 2020 at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Evko and Fay are currently deployed in support of Operation Joint Guardian. 10 Soldiers from the U.S., Romania, and Poland participated in the three-day event.
