FT WAYNE, IN (Aug. 27, 2020) Sailors assigned to Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Heartland salute the ensign during the national anthem at Parkview Field in Ft. Wayne, Ind. Cmdr. Paolo Singh relieved Cmdr. David Pavlik as commanding officer of NTAG Heartland during a change of command ceremony. NTAG Heartland’s mission is to recruit young men and women into the Navy from the areas of Michigan, Indiana and Northwest Ohio.
